Personal and Professional Background
Stuart was born and raised in the Langley/Abbotsford Area. He attended the University of British Columbia where he obtained a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a minor in Commerce and then went on to obtain his Bachelors of Laws from UBC. Stuart articled with a large firm in Abbotsford before being called to the Bar in May of 2006.
