David is licensed to practice in British Columbia and Washington State, and has been practicing in the Fraser Valley since he was called to the B.C. Bar in 1996. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1993. He was admitted and is qualified to practice as an attorney in the United States District Court, Western District of Washington.

With David's qualifications in both British Columbia and Washington, he offers a unique service to his clients on both sides of the border.
